RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

We will not accept returns due to change of mind. Once orders are received, we are unable to make amendments or cancel the order.

Before blankets are shipped, all workmanship is quality checked by my husband Craig. However, if you believe that you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 10 days via email - abby.st.claire@outlook.com (or the Contact page). If a refund is applicable, your account will be credited once the faulty item has been received by us (instructions will be relayed over email).

Unspun merino wool is a delicate fibre, therefore with excessive use it will pill. This should not be seen as a fault.

Since all blankets have been hand knitted, please be mindful that no two blankets will be the same. There may be a slight difference in dimensions noted, in addition the actual colour of the blanket may differ in person due to colour variances between computer monitors.
